Refunds can be made via the method of payment used or by asking Smothers for their account number.
Refunds can take 3 to 10 business days. If one does not receive a refund within that period, they should contact the payment gateway support or Eagle View's contact details.
Refunds will not be issued in cash or simul without consent with Smothers. A refund receipt will be issued in such cases.
Refunds for payments made through third-party channels or payment gateways do not include registration fees. Registration refunds are not chargeable, and must be borne by the document.
