This service is being provided to facilitate our customers to pay their fees online to the Company through an electronic and automated collection and remittance service ("Payment Gateway") hosted through Razorpay ("Payment Service Provider"). The Company makes no representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the payment gateway specified for this purpose. The User expressly agrees that his use of the above online payment service is entirely at his own risk and responsibility.

Online payment of fees does not constitute final admission to any of the Company's courses. Admission formalities have to be completed separately.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company, its affiliates or employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or any other intangible losses arising out of or relating to the access to or use of the Payment Gateway service.
• The Company assumes no liability for any monetary or other damage caused by any delay, failure, interruption or corruption of any data or other information transmitted by you or for any interruption or error in connection with the use and operation of the Payment Gateway service.
• You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company and their respective officers, directors and employees from any claim or demand, or action brought against them by any third party. The Company shall not be liable for any failure in external links or any fraud committed on the part of the Payment Gateway and/or the Bank which may occur during or after your payment.
• You agree, understand and confirm that any personal data including details relating to debit card/credit card or bank accounts submitted by you while making payment is transmitted over the Internet and is susceptible to misuse, theft and/or fraud and the Company has no control over such matters.
• Although all reasonable precautions have been taken to safeguard against unauthorised access to any information transmitted by you, the Company does not in any way guarantee that the use of the Payment Gateway will not result in theft and/or unauthorised access to data over the internet.

Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details

You may pay Fees to the Company using a debit/credit card or through your Internet Banking account. You acknowledge and agree that the debit/credit card details provided by you to the Payment Gateway for processing the payment transaction will be correct and that you will not use a debit/credit card which is not legitimately owned by you.

You agree that when you initiate a payment transaction and/or issue an online payment instruction and provide your debit/credit card or bank account details:

• You warrant that you are fully and legitimately entitled to use the said debit/credit card or bank account for such transaction.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all debit/credit card or bank account details provided by you are accurate.
• You are authorising a debit from the nominated debit/credit card or bank account to settle the bills chosen by you, including applicable charges.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds available in the debit/credit card or bank account presented by you at the time of making payment to pay the bill/s chosen by you, including applicable charges.
